In early 2011 I posted a review on "Phoenix Game Studio's (the Developer)" XBLIG title "T.E.C. 3001". It was a brilliantly designed parkour style/virtual reality based game that pushed the boundaries of what an indie game could do. At the end of 2011 I also featured "T.E.C. 3001" as one of my "Top 10" of the year. Today during my routine check for emails I received a message from 'Phoenix Game Studios' about a press release detailing some significant improvements, and new additions to the already impressive game. Below is a list of what you'll find with the latest update:
PATCH DETAILS
- 12 Bonus Levels (for those who completed the 21 base levels)
- Awards System
- 2 New Soundtracks
- Informing Voice Through The Game
- Fixed Collision Bugs
- Fixed Memory Leaks & Glitches
- Fixed Animation Bugs On Slide+Jump, Slide+Roll & Charge Over Launching Pads
- Fixed Bug With Camera Roll Left
- No More Exit Game On Back Button
- Statistics Are Saved Only If They Are Better Than Previous
- On Level Fail You Can Choose To Return To The Last Check Point Or To Reset Level
- Level Starting Screen Now Has Name Of The Level
- Player Can Now Lock Certain Color Theme In Menu
- Added Self Destruct Button (X on Gamepad)
- Player Can Continue On A Button Rather Than Start
- Added Buy Game Menu In The Menu When Game Is In Trial Mode
- Spelling Errors Fixed
