Boot Hill Heroes - Kickstarter

Normally I'm not someone who is willing to promote something I know little about, and 'Kickstarter' definitely applies to that. With that being said I received a very nice email from 'Dave Welch' of (Experimental Gamer) concerning his upcoming release of 'Boot Hill Heroes (XBLIG)'. He complimented my site, and my support for the indie game market which I greatly appreciated. I thought it was very kind of him to let me know how he felt about my blog, and my reviews. I thought I'd share the actual email that Dave sent me with you guys, and gals. It has some links to their website, their kickstarter, and even a link to their youtube promotion video.

What I learned from the press release they provided is that 'Boot Hill Heroes' will be a 4-player co-op western RPG. That is a lengthy, and somewhat odd sounding description, but it definitely describes what the game is about. After watching the video I could tell what Dave said about it being like the old SNES (Super Nintendo) RPGs was pretty much accurate. The kickstarter will help them obtain some music, and sound effects for their game. If you feel like helping them out just follow the link that is provided in the email ...

 EMAIL:

Hello!  This is Dave and Ben from Experimental Gamer (www.experimentalgamer.com).  We’ve both been big fans of Otaku Dante’s Gaming Inferno and your support for indie games for some time.  So we are thrilled to finally tell you about our new indie game Boot Hill Heroes – a retro RPG set in the Wild West!

We have a game trailer and a Kickstarter up right now so we are trying to get the word out to the gaming community!  Attached is a press release regarding the project and some screenshots.  We hope this is something your readers will find interesting!

Thanks so much for your effort in supporting indie games!
