Blog Update 7/28/2012

I'm just stopping by to fill you in on the details of my vacation, and the upcoming "Resident Evil: ORC - End of Days" tournament I'm training for ...

First things first. I'm taking a much deserved vacation to recover from some muscle, and hand injuries I sustained while moving furniture to my father's 2nd story apartment. Muscles don't exactly heal that quickly, so I'll be taking it easy for a while. As for my hands I'm actually beginning to be able to close them into a fist again. After August 8th I'll return to my regular reviewing schedule.

Now onto the tournament news. Recently I found out that a twitter acquaintance of mine (@UGRGaming) was hosting an upcoming "REORC: "End of Days" tournament with the full support of the developer 'Slant Six Games'. There will be some really awesome RE related prizes for the winner/s including some signed video games. The tournament will be held on August 8th, and will require that you sign up with a team of four players ahead of the tournament date. The players will be put through elimination via the 'Team Attack' multiplayer mode, and the remaining final players will face off in a round of survival. All the rules have not been hammered out yet, but @UGRGaming will keep you informed as the the details are made available.
