Happy Belated New Year!!!

Greetings all ye blog readers! The year is 2014, and there's lots of gaming goodness headed your way in the coming months. As I mentioned earlier I have already sent out several review inquiries in hopes of snagging some review material. So far I've only gotten two confirmations from retail game developers/PRs, but I'm sure more are on their way. Unfortunately not everyone has awoken from their holiday hibernation just yet. As far as what I'm going to cover this year goes I will be trying my hardest to cover all of the new NISA, ATLUS, XSEED, and Tecmo Koei RPGs. Without a doubt this will definitely be the year for great RPG experiences. I'm definitely looking forward to it, and hope that you are too.

Since I picked up the coveted PS4 at the end of 2013 you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be covering as many retail, indie, and arcade PS4 titles as humanly possible. I know there's a great line-up in store for those who chose to trust Sony with their next-gen experiences. I've already got my attention focused on several future releases, and can't wait to get my hands on them so I can deliver to you the reviews that you seek. So far I'm thoroughly enjoying the PS4, and can guarantee you that if you give the console a chance you will not be disappointed. With that being said I am still no fanboy. Sony has had their issues in this next generation as have Microsoft. If I had the cash to get both consoles I would though. Simply for the fact that I want to continue to cover gaming from all perspectives.

I think I'll end the update there. I hope your holiday was a blessed one, and that your new years was equally as so. I hope that in 2014 you continue to support the gaming developers that you like, and that you even dare to try new types of gaming experiences. You can't go wrong with sampling an indie game, or even an RPG release. I promise you that. Please continue to stick around "The Inferno" as more reviews will be coming your way. I will strive to double the amount of content that I provided last year, and if all goes as planned I may even do a significant giveaway, or a contest. Thanks for your continued support!

Your Last Samurai,

Brad (OtakuDante)
