Call of Duty | Corporate Capitualtion Circa 2020 ... Somewhat Redacted

I am a man of honesty. As brutal as that might seem at times. Sometimes I do get things wrong, and I will go back to correct what I've said. Before you jump to conclusions, and assume I'm redacting what I said about in-game politics and my stance thereof just know that that is not the case. That that is a personal gripe with the direction the company is taking the franchise. What I am taking back though is my thoughts on Black Ops Cold War's visuals. They don't look as dated as I recalled, and the character models aren't complete sh*t if you don't account for the horrible rubber banding rag doll death animations.

That being said the actual game does suffer from a sort of distance perspective issue. You have characters that are more difficult to target due to their image sizing at a distance, and lack of proper clarity in some instances. I think the models weren't scaled appropriately, especially on the game's larger maps. Sometimes they also seem to get lost in the background. Almost in a blending in state. It makes for big problems due to the many vantage points scattered throughout each map. Whether they are head glitching cover, hiding in foliage, or at camping friendly locations. At times it even looks like you get shot from nowhere due to the lack of clear visibility. mostly because the opposing player isn't as visible to you as you are through their scopes or head glitching spots.

Gameplay complaints aside I've seen them already dip into identity politics via gender options I do expect more politics shoved in later down the line. And to my very kind, and generous PR none of this is meant to be against you. You have been more than accommodating, and I will do as I say offering full coverage of the game. The catch is I will not recommend it to my readers due to propaganda, but at the same time will not bias my assessment according to those political leanings. If the gameplay is good, the modes are good, and the features are good I will say so. I'm not one to bash something completely when it's not fundamentally or functionally broken.

So, again that is how I am approaching things. Whether or not you buy into this game is of your own prerogative. While our ideological differences may vary I do still want to be as accurate as possible when telling you about the game, and it's features. Do they function properly? Are they visually pleasing? Is it fun? Those sorts of points. If you side with me on the politics or not that's fine. Do expect full coverage as promised, and less politics now that I've made myself clear.
