Equality VS Equity In The Industry

I want to make something very clear. I'm all for naturally applied diversity & inclusivity that does not insert characters or plot points that are propaganda pieces for furthering the divide. Call me oldschool, but I believe in equality, not equity. Equity conditions people to not work their best or excel in whatever they do. It makes them dependent upon a slave system that uses & abuses their struggles (which is made by the people they champion) for power and control.

When someone cannot do what they could otherwise do if they were not dependent they get caught up in a cycle that gives others control over their lives. Easy money is not easily earned. It comes at a high cost to sellout to the system. Not only are the ones championing DEI robbing ideological adopters of proper opportunity, but they are also robbing them of a learning experience that could see them doing what others do to make it big without the need for dependency on others.

Eventually the equity well will dry up. For as those who do of their own accord can no longer make ends meet the funds to pay for those dependent upon the handouts will cease. Businesses will be destroyed, products made scarce, and money made worthless. The reason being that there are less people putting into the economic efforts, and more taking away from it.

Eventually there will be no jobs for anyone, and the income you've been conditioned to expect will no longer buy the luxurious lifestyle you thought it would. You will eventually find yourselves equals with everyone else who is wanting. These ae the dangers of equity, and forced diversity/inclusivity. Make no nevermind though, those you are backing with DEI propaganda only think of you as being as good as the color of your skin or the nature of your sexuality. It's why every attempt to insert DEI into something ends in financial disaster.

Not even those championing DEI want to pay for what they're selling, because all it is is skin deep propaganda. Superficial content. I've said it before & I'll say it again. We could have diverse & inclusive characters EVERYONE could get behind, but that's not what DEI initiatives do. They turn these characters and stories into a hateful jab at everyone who isn't included. No one's gonna pay for hate. You want to win over an audience Gaming, Film & Comic Book industry? Create heroes & stories EVERYONE can get behind. Stop with this divisiveness. Equality, not equity. That's how you succeed.
